text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Our next Sophie's model is well under way and should be completed by the second week of October.&amp;nbsp; Utilizing the current design trend of open, functional spaces, our Sophie model features an open kitchen/eat-in layout with adjacent large living area.&amp;nbsp; We like our split-entries with large foyers, entries big enough to kick off your shoes at the end of the day--we've put in 64 sq. ft. (8x8) of entry space to give you plenty of room to come and go.&amp;nbsp; At 1158 finished square feet, the Sophie features two large bedrooms, two bathrooms including master bath with double-vanities, and another 1000 Sq. feet for future expansion (and two more bedrooms) in the lower level.&amp;nbsp; The Sophie was a new design this year, and it's no wonder this functional, well designed home has become our best seller in Andover.&amp;nbsp; We're shooting for $199,900 on the new one, and here's a few photos from a previous Sophie model below.&amp;nbsp;
